It's already autumn here, the days are no longer so hot, the weather is much more pleasant for working, skateboarding and sleeping at night. The summer days were very intense here and we were already begging for it to cool down a little in this city!!

Por aqui ja estamos no outono, os dias ja não estão mais tão quentes , o clima esta bem mais agradável para trabalhar , andar de skate e dormir a noite . Os dias de verão foram bem intensos por aqui e a a gente ja tava implorando para esfriar um pouco nessa cidade !!

Nothing against summer, it's a very pleasant time of year, but this year it was so hot that it would make anyone mad. Not to mention the rain that would come in the late afternoon or right when it was time to leave 😰🥵

Nada contra o verão , é uma época muito agradável porém nesse ano foi um calor extremo de deixar qualquer um zuado. Isso sem contar as chuvas que vinham nos finais das tardes ou bem na hora de ir embora 😰🥵

The days are calm around here, the movement has been flowing, little by little we have some sales and some barber services happening on a daily basis and as the days go by I feel more confident and secure in my new position as Barber here at Bless Skateshop 💇🏽‍♂️💈

I honestly admit that it wasn't in my plans to become a professional barber here at the firm, but so much has happened in the last 5 years, I've worked with so many skater barbers on this journey that it ended up inspiring me and here I am, learning, developing, evolving and valuing this profession that deals with people's self-esteem every day.

Admito sinceramente que não estava nos meus planos me tornar barbeiro profissional aqui na firma , porém aconteceu tanta coisa nesses ultimos 5 anos , trabalhei com tantos barbeiros skatistas nessa caminhada que acabou por me inspirar e eis que aqui estou aprendendo, desenvolvendo , evoluindo e valorizando a cada dia essa profissão que lida com a auto estima das pessoas .

And I'm going to tell you a secret: it's very rewarding to be able to help other people's self-esteem, sometimes strangers, sometimes long-time acquaintances. These days I had the opportunity to cut our friend @tallessilva's hair and the result was so good that the guy left the store doing several tricks, leaving the north zone increasingly inspired with his Pure street skateboarding ✨✨

E vou contar um segredo é muito gratificante poder ajudar na autoestima de outras pessoas , ora desconhecidas ora conhecidos de longa data . Esses dias tive a oportunidade de cortar o cabelo do nosso amigo @tallessilva e o resultado foi tão bom mas tão bom que o cara ja saiu da loja dando varias manobras deixando a zona norte cada vez mais inspirada com seu skate de rua Puro ✨✨

It's surreal to spend our days with only our traditional activities. We are surrounded by incredible people who support us in our daily lives with ideas, with encouragement to not give up, with constant invitations to skate and in many other ways, which before we know it, we can have a sacred environment for all those who visit our home. And now, with the technological support of decentralized ideas through the Web3 universe and learning how to use technological tools on the Blockchain, our space is becoming a reference in our neighborhood every day. Our goal now is to one day have our own currency and put it into circulation and make skaters become independent. With the help of the Hive ecosystem, they can be their own sponsors and be able to replace their skateboard parts when they need them, just with what they earn from their posts!!

É surreal nossos dias somente com nossas atividades tradicionais, somos rodeados por pessoas incríveis que nos suportam no cotidiano com
Ideias, com incentivos para não desistirmos , com constantes convites para andarmos de skate e de diversas outras formas , que quando nos damos conta conseguimos ter ma Bless um ambiemte sagrado para todos aqueles que frequentam a nossa casa . E agora com o suporte tecnológico de ideias descentralizadas através do universo da Web3 e da aprendizagem do uso de ferramentas tecnológicas no Blockchain nosso espaço esta a cada dia que passa se tornando referência no nosso bairro . Circulação e fazer com que os skatistas se tornem independentes e com a ajuda do ecossitema da Hive que eles sejam seus proprios patrocinadores e tenham condições de repor suas peça de skate quando precisarem somente com o que eles ganharem com as suas postagens !!

This week I watched an interview with skateboarder Fabio Cristiano, which was published on the channel of the main skateboarding magazine printed here in São Paulo and the ideas and themes covered were really cool. At one point Fabio comments on the difficulties that skateboarding is going through, that despite skateboarding being in all the media, real skateboarding brands are going bankrupt, banks and fashion brands are entering the skateboarding culture and at one point he comments that skateboarding is organizing itself globally as an NGO and is building an independence where all skateboarders help each other and strengthen each other everywhere in the world. I thought this situation was really cool and has everything to do with web3 and I'm really happy that some people are starting to have this glimpse of the future for skateboarding.

Esta semana assisti a uma entrevista do skatista Fabio Cristiano, que saiu no canal da principal revista de skate impressa aqui em São Paulo e foi muito foda as ideias e os temas abordados e em determinado momento o Fabio comenta sobre a dificuldade que o skate esta passando , de apesar do skate estar em todas as midias as marcas reais de skate estão falindo , bancos e marcas de moda estão entrando na cultura de skate e em determinado momento ele comenta que o skate esta se organizando globalmente como uma ong e estão construindo uma independencia aonde todos os skatista se ajudam e se fortalecem em todos os lugares do mundo, e achei muito style essa sitação e tudo a ver com a web3 e fico muito feliz que algumas pessoas estão começando a ter esse vislumbre de futuro para o skate

I received a very special invitation from my dear friends Felipe Flip and Maikão to participate in the BlackChain podcast, a program that is just starting out and aims to talk about web3 and its ecosystems and its philosophies of decentralization and community work for normal everyday people and show an alternative for creative people to be able to develop their projects and realize dreams that were previously impossible in the conventional system. For us, ordinary people from the outskirts, it is very difficult to have access to information that leads us to evolve. We are usually so worried about work and paying the bills that time becomes our scarcest natural resource and because of this we need to create a simple language that can connect us with our people, both the older and the younger.

Eu recebi um convite muito especial dos meus queridos amigos Felipe Flip e Maikão para participar do podcast BlackChain , programa que esta no seu inicio e tem como objetivo falar sobre a web3 e seus ecossistemas e suas filosofias de descentralizão e trabalho em comunidade para pessoas normais do dia a dia e mostrar uma alternativa para as pessoas criativas poderem desenvolver seus projetos e realizar sonhos antes impossiveis no sistema convencional . Para nós pessoas comuns da periferia é muito díficil se ter acesso a informações que levam a gente a evoluir, geralmente estamos tão preocupados com o trabalho e em pagar as contas que o tempo se torna nosso recurso natural mais escasso e por conta disso temos a necessidade de criar uma linguagem simples que possa nos conectar com o nosso pessoal , tanto os mais velhos quanto os mais novos .

We also received a visit from two very special people, the skateboarder José Cocio de Lima Peru and the father of the professional skateboarder Pedro Quintas
SR Milton, whenever we have the opportunity we talk about the community that exists within the hive like the Skatehive, and we encourage how these ecosystems can help skateboarders so that they can be independent without depending on brands, banks and other things that exist in the skateboarding market. The reality of skateboarding is kind of sad, you know, things like how there is no sponsorship for everyone, many high-level skateboarders without any sponsorship and only with the help of friends are able to go to skateboarding events and always get the best positions and so on. Because of this we really believe in the web3 culture and the Skatehive community and we are sure that it will change things in the very near future and all skateboarders around the world will be part of it.

SR Milton, sempre que temos oportunidade nos falamos da comunidade que existem dentro da hive como a skatehive, e fomentamos como esses ecossistemas podem colaborar com o skatista para que ele tenha como ser independente sem depender de marcas , bancos e essas coisas que tem por ae no mercado do skate. É meio triste a realidade do skate mesmo sabe , coisas do tipo como não tem patrocinio para todo mundo , muitos skatstas de alto nivel sem patrocinio algum e somente com a ajuda dos amigos conseguem ir nos eventos de skate e chegarem sempre nas melhores posições e por ae vai , por conta disso acreditamos muito na cultura web3 e na comunidade skatehive e temos certeza que ela vai mudar as coisas num futuro bem proximo e todos os skaistas ao redor do mundo vão fazer parte dela .

This week we also had the opportunity to onboard the skateboarder @caiquemodestoskt who is from São Paulo, in the city of Osasco. We talked to Caique and showed him how our Skatehive community can help skateboarders become independent through their own skateboarding and he was very excited about this idea. It's really cool to be able to connect young skateboarders to learn about web3.

Esta semana tbm tivermos a oportunidade de fazer o onboarding do skatista @caiquemodestoskt que aqui de SP da cidade de osasco, nós conversamos com o Caique e mostramos para ele como a nossa comunidade skatehive pode ajudar os skatistas a serem independentes através do seu proprio skate e ele ficou muito empolgado com esta ideia , é muito legal poder conectar skatistas jovens para aprender sobre web3

We were very happy to see an event in Rio de Janeiro last weekend, an event created by the skaters themselves in honor of a local skater brother who passed away. With the support of WEB3, they created a very stylish and original event and we were even happier to see the shape from the collaboration between gnars x Bless x Soma as prizes at this event.

Ficamos muito felizes em ver um evento no Rj nesse ultimo fim de semana , evento idealizado pelos proprios skatistas em homenagem a um irmão skatista local que faleceu , com o apoio da WEB3 fizeram um evento muito style e original e ficamos mais felizes ainda em ver os shapes da Collab entre a gnars x Bless x Soma como premiação neste evento .
