My Actifit Report Card: July 20 2023
Exercise And Home Activities
Today is still early and what I did today is pretty much compared to yesterday that I only went out once and did less activities. Today I could wake up very early to do my home workout with the help and motivation knowing every bit of exercise will be counted for something haha.
After workout like every other day, I did my house activities piled up with going out to get my power bank and phone charge as the transformer in this area where I came to visit my friend got spoilt days back as I indicated on my yesterday's activity publication and so I just got back my phone from here it was plugged few minutes ago and decided to drop my activity for today as I couldn't wait till evening hours knowing fully well how I will be resting after a morning exercise and as well have a lot to do in the evening hours which I'm sure not being able to involve myself in more activities to keep counting for the day.
