A beautiful sunny and very cool day here in the valley … feeling very much like autumn. I think I’m ready for some pumpkin pie. Anyway, I had a good walk on the trail and a bike ride later this afternoon. No swimming today. It might warm up again next week so I hope to get back in the lake for a swim.
