My Actifit Report Card: December 22 2023

Fair bit of walking today, at my work we went to the store to get some stuff for baking , and I saw a good deal for a big old air fryer and bought it and end it up having to lug it back by hand all the way back to the residents.

Hopefully it can help me eat healthier, I already had an air fryer but it was very small this this is more that 4 times the capacity.

I just bought a Philips Air fryer myself too! A small one for the 2 persons we are, And it already is a succes. SPring rolls and dutch bitterballen !

I'm very happy with this new unit it has 2 separate cooking chamber it's fairly hefty posted about it in my most recent post !BBH
