My Actifit Report Card: November 15 2023
A fair bit of steps today, at work we went to the store to buy some lard for our soap making operation and on the way I managed to snap this beautiful picture of a bird with some matching fruit on a tree.
Later on I went to get the kids from daycare, a little over 11k steps today so I am pretty happy with the activity today.
