It's getting cold out here in Canada eh.
Yesterday had some issue and the app was off for the entire day well today I made sure it was good and got a fair bit of steps in.

Did some laps in the gym with some weights at work, so pretty happy about that feeling a little sore but you know how it is no pain no gain.
