My Actifit Report Card: January 13 2023
Super low steps and high reps today. Really nice leg day, lots of strength endurance, I felt tired and challenged after lifts but my strength didn’t nose dive after the first 3 sets.
I felt like I could’ve kept going, and going, and going. So that’s what I did. Lots of squats and leg press. My hamstrings where a little sore from deadlifts and lunges the other day but I still made sure to get some intensity on my legs.
The bar was really kicking my ass the first 3 sets but the more I kept added the less winded I was after lifts and could focus on moving weight or pumping out reps…
Beautiful feeling in there though!
Shoutout to all the other post work workout hivers out there! Keep getting it y’all. Lot better things to be gained in the gym than out… 💪🏾
