My Actifit Report Card: January 6 2023
Low steps and high reps once again! Y’all know what’s up. Had an amazing post work workout today. I tried to make my shoulders fall off. Didn’t make ‘em fall off but got close enough to satisfy my soul for the day.
Got some good work in on the elliptical right after that. Good quick 10 mins of cardio just to ease into the end of my workout.
Making some strength gains and really enjoying myself in there though. Looking forward to tomorrow for that run and stretch that I was actually supposed to do today… lol but I just have to get that intensity 💪🏾
Shoutout to everyone else on the grind though, let’s keep getting it!
