My Actifit Report Card: August 11 2022
I have recently started a little bit of jogging. I think eventually I could get into running. It seems pretty fun. I have always liked the gym but never really been a jogger per se.

not that you need a nut commenting on "how to run" but you're dave's wife and he probably would say the same thing too - getting a pair of shoes that works for your running/jogging style is super important!
so many of the trainers and running shoes at tj max or kohl's or walmart really actually fuck up your muscles and tendons that you use when running.
I was a total sucker for the "bare foot" movement the shoe industry tried to pivot to in the 2010's after that book about the mexican tribe that runs 30 miles a day barefoot up and down jalisco. fuckkkkk that shit..
I shattered my ankle and leg because of barefoot running shoes (xero shoes brand) because they have ZERO ankle support.
So, what I'm trying to say is that modern shoes either have 1) way too much support and cushion or 2) have no fucking support and cushion at all.
Finding the RIGHT shoes really does make a difference so if you ever feel like your jogging game is missing something, it might be a good pair of sneaks.
peace.
