First off, I would like to thank all of you veterans out there.
Have a great veteran's day.
I thank you for your service and I reflect on those who made the ultimate sacrifice so that my family and me can live in a free society.

Today was the start of my very short work week. I will be off for the next 3 days. My wife and I will be heading up to Ohio to celebrate my daughter's 40th birthday.

It was quite busy at my medical clinic, as is normal for a Monday.

I did manage to get my minimum 5000 activity in for the day.
