My Actifit Report Card: October 18 2024

Today I wrapped up my work week.

It was a busy day at my medical clinic.
I still have a student training with me and that keeps me on my toes.

We had some interesting patients to discuss. Working hands on is the best way to learn in my opinion.

The shift ended on a good note and now I start my weekend.

And to top it off, I was able to get my minimum 5000 activity in for the day.
