My Actifit Report Card: August 17 2024

Today was a very hot and sunny day. We hit 95f.

I started my day with breakfast with my kids and grandkids. Afterwards we did a few things around the yard.

I mowed the lawn and did a little more stuff around the house.

Being such a hot day, I finished my work and then we spent some time in the pool.
It was a great pool day.

I did get a very good activity count for the day as well.

Tomorrow I rest.
