My Actifit Report Card: June 30 2024

Sundays are generally my relaxation days. I did have a few chores to complete today, other than that, I did relax.

It was very hot again today, and the best way that I know to cool down is in the pool. Of course it is even better when the kids and grandkids are here.

I just barely got my minimum 5000 activity in for the day and it was very relaxing.

Sunday means rest. And it is better to go to the pool on hot days. Hope you enjoyed your day😊👍

If we didn't have the pool, I probably would not get outside that much during these heat waves.
