My Actifit Report Card: June 22 2024

This post is actually for Saturday.

The day started off well. Kids ang grandkids came over for breakfast afterwards we spent some time in the pool.

After they went home, I started working on some chores outside.

It was very hot, so I took frequent breaks but I did manage to get my "honey do" list completed, including mowing the lawn.

Despite the high temperature, I was able to get a nice activity count for the day.

Sunday will be my rest day.
