My Actifit Report Card: June 8 2024

Sunday is generally my chill day. I did relax this morning, but I never got around to mowing on Saturday, so I had to get it done today.

Mowing is not too bad, and I use the time to listen to continuing medical education programs.

It was a very nice summer like day and I was able to get a decent activity count for the day, so it all worked out well.
