My Actifit Report Card: May 31 2024

Thursday finds me back to work at my medical clinic.

It was not too busy but enough to keep time moving.

Seeing quite a bit of allergy issues. Our region of Tennessee is a big allergy area due to being in the valley. This keeps the pollen levels high.

I was pretty tired when I got home but I had some yard work that needed done before rain returns for the weekend.

Overall I was able to get my minimum 5000 activity points for the day.
