My Actifit Report Card: May 28 2024

Today I was back at work at my medical clinic.
I am coming off a 3 day weekend so I expected it to be busy, and indeed it was.

I did several sports physicals as the kids are getting ready for fall sports.

Illness is down but allergies are on the rise.

There is always something going on.

This is good as it keeps me busy.

I did manage to get my minimum 5000 activity in for the day today.

If I keep myself busy, I stay out of trouble, but not always.🤣
