My Actifit Report Card: April 3 2024

After a restful day off on Wednesday, I was back to work at my medical office today.

Still working solo, but it was not too bad today.

I have been treating an upper respiratory infection recently that has hit our area.
Lots of aches and coughing. The cough has been lasting a few weeks.

Other than that, most of the visits have been routine.

I did manage to get my minimum 5000 activity in for the day.

Take care of yourself sir. I think cough and cold are now present every month of the year; previously, they were seasonal. In my opinion, now the main reasons for this are air pollution and allergens.
