My Actifit Report Card: May 20 2023
Today was the first day of my medical conference.
It is being held at the Music City Center, the primary convention spot in Nashville.
Needless to say, this place is huge, and wouldn't you guess that the lectures I have selected are generally a distance apart?
The lectures have been good, and the activity has been great.
It has been a while since I have had an over 10k activity day.
And this is only day one of five.
