Today I was back at work at my medical office after a rather low activity weekend.

Today was busy which is usual for Monday. We are treating lots of illness. Typical for this time of year.

I ran an errand during lunch so I did not have time to do my perimeter laps today.

Despite that, I still had an okay activity day.
