My Actifit Report Card: December 13 2022

Today I was working at my medical office.

It was not as busy as yesterday.

I was only able to get in about half of my perimeter laps due to pain in my hip. Not sure why it was acting up today.

Despite that, I was still able to get a good activity count in for the day.
