My Actifit Report Card: November 4 2022

Today is the last day of my work week.

I did see a good number of patients, including a few procedures. That helps break up my day.

I completed my lunchtime perimeter laps.

After work, I did some household chores and then spent time on my computer.

It turned out to be a good activity day.
