New week new fitness goals My Actifit Report Card: February 10 2025

To the gym

Headed to the gym again this will be my first full week I plan to go everyday.

Tonight was busy and people get funny if you catch them in your photo.

So it was not easy to take photos.

I managed to get my project work on other accounts I curated 8 posts in totals and gave away some rewards.

I am knackered and my muscles ache but I know it is good pain.
I did an hour in the gym and went swimming for an hour today.

I am pretty fit and active generally but want to push myself to get healthier again.

I'm not getting any younger and it is important to be in good health.

Congratulations on a full week of going to the gym, Ben! One small thing to remember is to give your muscles time to rest between regular exercise sessions, as that will help build them more efficiently. As to your question, although I used to have regular exercise practices, honestly just working on the land keeps me quiet fit. Have a beautiful Tuesday, brother! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Thanks mate yeah i am trying to keep that in mind, i am a pretty restless person unfortunately i have to really try and put effort into resting.
