Getting Active Down The Gym My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2025

At the gym

It has been many years since I have been to the gym but my man here Benjamin @moneyobsessed15 needed me to show him how it's done.

We did 2 and a half hours in the gym and swimming after.

I feel really good considering i have not done this kind of activity for many years and I am over half a century old.

I like the gym and the facilities but I don't like the age issues they seem to have with people.

It's more expensive for me because of my age which makes no sense but whatever.

It seemed to us that the woman there did not know what she was doing or talking about.

We are going back tomorrow to see someone different there at the gym to work out the issues we had today.

Regardless I realised today how much I actually do love to go to the gym don't know why I ever stopped.

Off to the gym early tomorrow then I am going to do my first We Are Alive Tribe/Actifit Report Curation post.

Best be off got to walk the dog before bedtime have the best one.

Excellent on getting back into a gym routine, Ben, congratulations! The one thing that I'll mention about physical exercise is that there are four components to it, all of which should be trained consistently over time, strength, endurance/stamina, flexibility, and agility/balance/coordination. That tones the whole system. In any case, have fun with it! I wish you much success with the Actifit curaration post! πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™
