Expensive Times My Actifit Report Card: February 24 2024

Food has become very expensive and unnecessarily high in my opinion.

I'm not accusing anyone of price gouging specifically, I am flat out calling out all industries with anything to sell.

It goes hand in hand with half assed services all off the back of one of the worlds biggest fuck ups covid.

Elites decided so we suffer get used to if you are not willing stand against it.

Soon you will own nothing and be happy.

Get ready to eat the bugs, cause soon it will be all we can afford.

All we can do is be prepared and be self sufficient as possible.

It is why for years now I have always kept a chicken or few near, look how expensive free range eggs are now at the shop.

Chickens are relatively simple to keep, pretty cheap outlay in the beginning, they don't need a lot of room. Depending on the chicken type she will lay most days, a little less in the winter but hundreds of eggs throughout the year.
Chickens are super entertaining to watch because they are curious about everything but also scared of everything.

Growing our own produce is good as well, I grow olive leaves for green tea as well as apples and pairs each year. An easy vegetable to grow which I do are potatoes.
