The English Premier League Matchday 24 Preview
Some clubs have outstanding matches but that does guarantee victory throughout hoping the big guns deliver and probably mount pressure on Manchester City. At least I forget, Liverpool will play Chelsea in the Carabao Cup final come 27th of February at Wembley.
Friday will start the action as Watford tackle Norwich City in the opening encounter of matchday 24. With 1 point separating the two sides.
Saturday will be filled with goal rush but before that, Everton with their poor run of losing streak will face Aston Villa that drew Manchester United last week. Brentford versus Wolves is a match that gives the away team a chance to keep their Europa League alive. Leeds United will face off Newcastle United. Manchester United versus West Ham United with both teams chasing the top 4 will be an interesting fixture to look out for. Southampton will face the log leader Manchester City in the last encounter of Saturday matches.
Sunday is another day with action and the best one for me will be Tottenham versus Chelsea, as they will be a replay of what happened in the Carabao cup 2 weeks ago. Arsenal will be in action as they welcome Burnley to the Emirates Stadium. Crystal Palace will entertain Liverpool. Leicester will welcome Brighton to King Power Stadium.
The fixtures are out and my prayer is that all the matches go ahead this weekend.
Before I wrap off, the Africa Cup of Nations is still in progress. Mali, Gambia, Ivory Coast, and Gabon have emerged to the round of 16, as we will say, let the best win it.
