The English Premier League Matchday 18 Preview
On Saturday, Leeds United took on Arsenal as the Gunners won the match comfortably and make things difficult for Leeds United as they have 14 goals in their last 3 matches. The rest of the matches were postponed.
Sunday was for the big guns as Manchester City won away from home as they deal a heavy blow on Newcastle United. The Citizens won it with swags as they are unbeaten in 10 matches at the moment. Wolverhampton versus Chelsea played a goalless draw. A match that had many dramas as there was a disallowed goal from the VAR. The match of the week was Tottenham Hotspur hosting Liverpool at the White Hart Lane played 2-2 draws as Robertson was red cared in the match. This result makes Antoine Conte unbeaten since he emerges as the new manager of Hotspur.
Matchday 18 came with a lot of expectations and this was the end of the first half of the season. Manchester City tops the table and I will not be surprised if the Citizens runs away with the title come May but till then, let us see what the season has for us. Matchday 19 looming around all the matches will be played on Boxing day but before then, I will bring you the news report and I hope Covid19 will not make the weekend boring.
I am out, for now, see you when I see you at the tunnel. English Premier League is nobody mate at the moment.
