English Premier League Matchday 23/ Africa Cup Of Nations Preview

Those from the Africa continent will know what I am talking but in case you are lost in the mix, the Africa Cup Of Nations is ongoing as my lovely country Naija is making us proud. Forgive my manners if I have deviated from the norms bit is the English Premier League Week 23 Preview by your favorite sports pundit.

Matchday 23 started yesterday as Brighton versus Crystal Palace played 1-1 apiece. Today's is the main talking point as log leader Manchester City welcomes Chelsea to Ethiad Stadium looking to secure the league title once for all. Relegated threatened Newcastle United host Watford, the home side still looking for their second win of the season. Norwich City also lasts on the log will hope to keep Everton at bay as the Merseyside are in their worst form for a decade now.
Wolverhampton versus Southampton will be an interesting fixture as the Wolves are on 4 winning match streak and will hope to continue their impressive form against a resilient Southampton side. These 2 sides met during mid-week but it was in the FA Cup tie and this is like a return match. Aston Villa will host Manchester United at Villa Park for the last encounter of today's fixtures.

All the matches will be played differently as Manchester City will get things on the way by 1;30pm Nigeria time. And by 4 pm, we have 3 matches which come with a goal rush. By 6;30 pm, Aston Villa versus Manchester United will wrap up the weekend for matchday 23 fixtures for us.

Same vein, the Africa Cup Of Nations will still be on the way as 2 matches will be played today. Nigeria will entertain Sudan, Nigeria haven win the opening encounter against Egypt. Guinea Bissau will host one of the tournament favorites Egypt in the same group c fixtures.
