Hallo actifitters 👋 Yesterday was Day 13426 of my life
Yesterday was an extremely difficult day for me. I caught some virus and from 02:00 am to 8:30 am I vomited more than 9 times, I also raised a temperature of 38.5°
I've been feeling terrible all day, I've been on a diet and all day I've only eaten two slices of toast with bread and some cheese..If it was a day off, I probably wouldn't have gotten out of bed, but unfortunately it was a work day, but I had tasks to do, I did the urgent work and left the rest for the next day
