My Actifit Report Card: August 3 2023

Hello everyone, I hope you are well.
After getting up late at 10 am I had my coffee and then went out to buy some things. In the evening, I prepared the training equipment and went to the boxing training session, as this day is dedicated to sparring.
The training hall is in the city centre, about 10 minutes away from my house by taxi.
We started training with jumping rope exercises, then shadow boxing for 3 rounds, between each round we go back to jumping rope for 10 minutes.
After that, we started a light sparring, today I had a sparring with my younger brother.
After training I took a shower, had dinner, then went outside and it was a quiet night.
