My Actifit Report Card: 1️⃣/1️⃣7️⃣/2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣5️⃣

Skipped the morning run but opted for a peaceful walk with the dog instead, enjoying the steadily improving weather as the chill begins to retreat. The fresh air and the dog's excitement were a nice change of pace. The improving weather added a touch of brightness and warmth, making everything feel a little more manageable. However, by evening, I found myself skipping the planned run, opting instead for a quieter end to the day.
