Yesterday began with the rhythmic sound of raindrops tapping against the pavement as I laced up my running shoes, the air thick with the scent of wet earth and lingering holiday cheer. With Christmas now a memory, the streets felt quieter, the festive lights dimmed, but the invigorating chill of the rain. By the time I returned home, soaked yet exhilarated, the clouds had begun to part, revealing a hint of blue sky, a perfect metaphor for closing one chapter and stepping into the promise of a fresh start.
