Hello friends i hope you are well , participating for the firts Time in this community actifit using the app of the same, once downloaded i knew it would be very usefull because when i walk or go somewhere i like yo keep Time of what i do and the app counts the steps without any error i love the echo also that as a community can share the physical progress of each member of the community in addition to motivate us with rewards but most importantly do not forget to do some exercise to improve your health.
