My Actifit Report Card: August 12 2023
I’m back on the gym for some strength and conditioning. First stop is the elliptical where im trying to set some personal records
Maintaining 80% heart rate I was able to complete a full set for 40 minutes straight.
Today’s weightlifting workout is for chest and abs. I’ve completed bench presses as well as ab crunches.
For my cooldown i finished off with a 10 minute treadmill run.
