My Actifit Report Card: October 22 2024

Saludos comunidad de Actifit el día de ayer fue un día bastante productivo y muy divertido junto con entrenamiento bastante fuerte el cual les voy a relatar a continuación.

Ayer me fui algo tarde a la vereda, partí camino hacia allá a las 6:30 con el objetivo de realizar un entrenamiento fuerte con lastre. El día de ayer realicé un entrenamiento diferente al habitual ya que hice un entrenamiento de total del cuerpo.

El entrenamiento consistió en:

muscle ups + 10 kg × 7 y 5 reps.
Dominadas + 30 kg de lastre.
Flexiones con asistencia como lastre × 4 y 5 repeticiones casi al fallo.
Sentadillas + 10 kg × 25 repeticiones por 3 series.
Sentadilla + 20kgs × 20 repeticiones
Fondos con lastre de 20kgs × 2 series.

Después del entrenamiento me animé lo suficiente como para realizar un trote alrededor de la vereda del lago, y lo hice a pesar de tener mucha fatiga muscular. Al llegar de la vuelta por la vereda me fuí a mi casa con un sentimiento grande de satisfacción gracias a un día eficiente de entrenamiento y de valentía.

Greetings Actifit community, yesterday was a very productive and fun day with a very hard workout which I am going to tell you about below.

Yesterday I left a little late to the sidewalk, I left on my way there at 6:30 with the objective of doing a strong training with ballast. Yesterday I did a different workout than usual because I did a total body workout.

The workout consisted of:

muscle ups + 10 kg × 7 and 5 reps.
Pull-ups + 30 kg of ballast.
Push ups with assistance as ballast × 4 and 5 reps almost to failure.
Squats + 10 kg × 25 reps for 3 sets.
Squat + 20kgs × 20 repetitions.
Wall squats with 20kgs weight × 2 sets.

After the workout I was encouraged enough to do a jog around the lake sidewalk, and I did it despite having a lot of muscle fatigue. When I got back from the trail run I went home with a great feeling of satisfaction from an efficient day of training and bravery.
