My Actifit Report Card: August 20 2024

El día de ayer, al llegar a la vereda del lago dediqué algo de tiempo para tomar en captura un par de videos para realizar un futuro post. Esto con muchas ganas ya que estoy deseoso de realizar este post, que habla sobre el estirar y calentar.

Es algo que he tenido muy en cuenta porque hace un par de semanas sufrí una pequeña lesión en la lumbar la cual ocasionó que no pudiera entrenar con lastre.

Después de realizar las tomas, me puse a realizar una rutina EMOM(Cada Minuto sobre el Minuto), que consistió en los siguientes ejercicios:

Rutina de Resistencia - EMOM
1er y 2do Bloque3er y 4to Bloque5to y 6to Bloque
6 Muscle upse repiten5 Muscle Up
15 dips12 Dips9 Dips
12 Pull ups11 Pull ups10 Pull ups
24 Push ups21 push ups18 push ups

La verdad es que es un entrenamiento muy duro de realizar ya que consume mucha energía. Es de tal punto de dificultad que tuve que reducir las repeticiones en un punto de la rutina para que pudiera realizarla con el periodo de tiempo correcto.

Yesterday, upon arriving at the lake sidewalk I took some time to capture a couple of videos for a future post. I'm really looking forward to this post, which talks about stretching and warming up.

It's something I've been very mindful of because a couple of weeks ago I suffered a small lower back injury which caused me to be unable to train with ballast.

After taking the shots, I set about performing an EMOM routine(Every Minute on the Minute), which consisted of the following exercises:

Endurance Routine - EMOM

The truth is that it is a very hard workout to perform as it consumes a lot of energy. It is of such a point of difficulty that I had to reduce the reps at one point in the routine so that I could perform it with the correct time period.
