Chelsea travelled to Turf Moor with the hopes of keep close eyes of both Manchester City and Liverpool even though it seems they are out of the tittle race. They were able to see off Sean Dyche's men with a convincing second half performance. Despite the recent speculation of the Owner stepping down and putting the club for up for sale Thomas Tuchel and his men were not deterred by any form of those speculations. It was a show of professionalism from the Chelsea team.

The first half of the game was met with no real actions from both sides but Burnley had the most closest in the entire half. It was a close blank miss from McNeil as he tried to put the ball into the back of the net after Mendy has miss timed his jump in the 30th minute.
The first half end goalless with Chelsea having most of the possession.

The second half of the game kicked off with Thomas Tuchels side on the front foot and it took not more than two minutes into the game for them to finally break the deadlock. Reece James was on the score sheet on the 47th minute to put Chelsea one up. It was a beautiful goal from the young right back as he went pass his maker with his quick feet to put the ball at the back of the net.

Chelsea wasted no time in doubling their lead as a sweet cross from Pulisic was met by the head of Kai Havertz just 5 minutes after the first goal. The job was yet done for Kai Havertz and his Chelsea team mates as he was able to get his legs onto a beautiful cross from Reece James to make it three in the 55th minutes of the game making it two for Kai Havertz.
The game was far from over as Christian Pulisic was gifted a goal in the 69th minute of the game by Burnley's defender James Tarkowski. Sean Dyche's side had no real threat on goal throughout the half as they could not find way back into the game. Chelsea cruised to victory with hopes of mounting more pressure on the second place Liverpool.

The Blues still performing good, but I still feel they let their guard down, they should have stayed strong for the race of the EPL title.
