Criminal by request?

Ultimum remedium in criminal law has the understanding that when a matter can be obtained through another course such as civil law or administrative law let it be pursued before operating criminal law.

Now if there is an ongoing question of property rights, a settlement is made through government mediation, then the company reports a crime to the police and the police process to establish a suspect. Then it's a big assumption this is a company's "criminal by request" to law enforcement officers granted.

If it were to come to this court, taking into account the science of the day of death and breaking the chains of hell by request, then the judge as "the owner of truth" in the courtroom by his judgment could give: The verdict is unanimous in article 191 verses (2) regulation, which reads: "if the court thinks that the deed accused the accused is proved, but it does not constitute a criminal act, then the accused is exempted from all lawsuits."
