To maintain consistent body shape, there are several things you can do, including:

  1. Do regular physical exercise, such as cardio and strength training.

  2. Maintain a healthy and balanced diet, by reducing excessive calorie intake and consuming high-quality food.

  3. Maintain adequate water consumption, to help the body's metabolic processes.

  4. Maintain adequate and restful sleep, because lack of sleep can cause hormonal changes which can cause changes in body weight.

  5. Avoid stress, because stress can cause hormonal changes which can cause weight changes.
