Today has been a great day. I am pretty active doing some activities that's why I am able to reach 12k activity count. We also went to the market which is few kilometers from our house by just walking. I get sweat a lot and feels great after.

Yes, it seems that long walking is useless as it's only lowers your strength, but at the end it helps you emormously.

By the way, did you know that for over a month now there has been a new tag #automaticwin where you get an extra benefit if you walk 10,000 steps before 10am? Details at: https://hive.blog/hive-193552/@blueboar3/automaticwin-tag-is-working-again
