Hello, I'm very happy to discover this community. Football is indeed one of the things I love following; there has not been a weekend or weekday I forgo watching football.
This week, football fans witnessed one of the best moments of this season. The match against Genoa and AC Milan was the one I enjoyed the most.
What could possibly happen for AC Milan to update their website and add Olivier Giroud as part of their goalkeeper list? and also be included in the team of the week as a keeper.

AC Keeper Mike Maignan was shown his marching orders after colliding with the Genoa striker. They have used all their substitutions, and one of the players has to step up and save a free kick for the team, then ensure the match ends in their favor. Oliver shows up and accepts the challenge. There was no indication that he could succeed, but he utterly disproved my assumptions. However, the free kick was initially deflected and crossed for a corner kick.
Genoa Keeper was also shown a red card after fouling an AC Milan player. For them, they had the chance of bringing on a professional keeper to replace him.

The decisive moment came later on when Olivier Giroud was to show boldness and come off his line to save a bound goal opportunity. And that was the moment that AC Milan supporters and football enthusiasts will always remember. On social media, many people immediately began comparing Giroud to Manchester United's Onana, but that is football for you; one day you are a hero, the next you are a villain.

After the final whistle, his teammates ran to him and congratulated him much more than Pulisic, who got their winning goal. That tells you what it meant to the players for the striker to pull off those courageous performances.

We are yet to know if France will also include him in their goal-keeping departments.
