It was a surprisingly cold morning. There was ice on the car and a ground frost as I headed out for the Parkrun.

I felt good today though and after a warm up, I had a strong start, completing the first km in under 5 minutes.

Overall, I was well under 26 min, and that's despite the 3 hills.
