July 21 2023 - Friday in the office

I don't normally go into our London office on Fridays, usually choosing to work from home. Today though we had a visitor from the US so had to go and meet him.

At least that helped get my daily steps in.

In the evening I went to my youth group where we had a summer barbecue. At least the weather was nice to us as the forecast for the weekend is cold and wet.
