December 14 2022 - Day 13 rehab

So if you read my Day 0 post you will know I am trying to recover my body.

It was still fairly cold outside. Some of the melted snow had turned to ice. I had no one to walk with so since my eyesight still isn't great and my balance is not perfect, I thought its best to exercise at home.

I did some rowing machine again and managed 20 mons today. That's great considering I had some difficulty moving my arms 2 weeks ago. So pleased with this improvement.

My eyesight is better but a little bit temperamental. I find it difficult to look at things for long, it takes time focus and it's tiring.

I decided to create a table for each day's progress because it will help me to see my progression as I recover.
