October 31 2022 - Early morning run in the fog

The clocks have changed which means for just a few days, my morning run is once again in the light. I left my torch at home.

I did my usual 5.5 km loop. I felt on form and once warmed up and off some of the more slippery paths, I upped my pace.

Below are the details of my run recorded by my Samsung watch.

After that, I went to work which involved my normal daily walking.

You must enjoy the morning run. I remember the feeling of running when I used to do it a long time ago now.
You get into a kind of rhythm with your breathing and stride pattern. Now I like to cycle or walk!
