October 26 2022 - A 7 km morning run 🏃♂️
I wasn't working today which meant I could have a lie in. I didn't sleep too long though. I think my biological clock just wakes me up anyway.
At least though it was nearly daylight when I set out for my run. With no rush to get back to work, I took the time to complete 7 km rather than my usual 5 km on a weekday.
The weather was cool but clear and the sunlight was starting to poke through.
After my run, I had to go and do some shopping in Costco. That got a few steps in too.
