May 3 2022 - Back in the office

Today I started getting back to my normal work routine which meant walking to and from the station and working from my London office.

After the month of Ramadan it felt nice being able to have a coffee at work. The small things in life can be so pleasing.

I took some Eid cookies into the office for my colleagues which they seemed to enjoy.

I nearly managed to get my 10k steps in without doing any exercise. I will start my routine from tomorrow.

I was a bit late home as saw some friends iron the way home.

Normal is good as it is a comfort zone thing. I fully understand getting maximum Actifit steps at work without any other exercise. I do that a lot! !wine
