De nuevo por aquí queridos amigos, luego de cuatro meses fuera de mi pais Venezuela y de mis andanzas ciclísticas que tanto me gustan, regreso a @fulldeportes para compartir con ustedes parte de lo que han sido mis vivencias en esta etapa de mi vida que llegó como un "paréntesis" para mostrar nuevos paisajes, experiencias y compartir con personas en otras latitudes especialmente con mis hijos, familia y amigos. He aprovechado al máximo cada oportunidad que se presenta para realizar nuevas actividades y aventuras las cuales me han dejado mucha satisfacción.

Back here again dear friends, after four months away from my country Venezuela and my cycling adventures that I like so much, I return to @fulldeportes to share with you part of what have been my experiences in this stage of my life that came as a "parenthesis " to show new landscapes, experiences and share with people in other latitudes especially with my children, family and friends. I have made the most of every opportunity to carry out new activities and adventures which have given me a lot of satisfaction.

Una de las mas emocionante fue hacer Kayac en el Oleta Park de la ciudad de Miami, aunque un poco inquietante porque se firma un documento de exoneración de responsabilidad a la empresa en caso de alguna eventualidad. El paseo inicia en los manglares para luego llegar a la playa, en Florida abundan los cocodrilos y se encuentran en todas partes, de allí mi intranquilidad, pero la emoción de lo nuevo era mayor, así que Junto a mi hija y Raiza nos fuimos a navegar.

One of the most exciting was to go kayaking in the Oleta Park in the city of Miami, although a bit worrying because you sign a document exonerating the company of responsibility in case of any eventuality. The tour starts in the mangroves and then we reach the beach, in Florida crocodiles abound and are found everywhere, hence my uneasiness, but the excitement of the new was greater, so along with my daughter and Raiza we went sailing.

Otra aventura la viví Junto a Sara quien vive en la ciudad de Naples y nos reencontramos para compartir ya que teníamos 5 años sin vernos, aparte de pasear por la playa, dedicamos una tarde para caminar por el parque Gordon River Greenway el cual es un corredor ecológico bastante extenso diseñado para actividades recreativas como: caminar, trotar, andar en bicicleta, patinar y andar en patineta. Cuenta además con puentes, senderos naturales y pavimentados a lo largo del bosque de manglares. Fue una caminata de 2 horas aproximadamente.

Another adventure I lived with Sara who lives in the city of Naples and we met again to share since we had 5 years without seeing each other, apart from walking along the beach, we spent an afternoon to walk through the Gordon River Greenway park which is a fairly extensive ecological corridor designed for recreational activities such as: walking, jogging, biking, skating and skateboarding. It also has bridges, nature trails and paved paths along the mangrove forest. It was approximately a 2-hour walk.

La siguiente aventura involucra una de mis pasiones, tuve la oportunidad de salir 2 veces en bicicleta de ruta con mi hermano quien años atrás se destacó en este deporte acumulando unas cuantas medallas y trofeos, estaba en la categoría de los Elite. Al principio sentí un poco preocupación por la falta de entrenamiento, pero he estado asistiendo al gimnasio y mis condiciones estuvieron a la altura del compromiso, recorrimos 50 kilómetros en la ciudad de Napples a velocidad constante. El se toma muy en serio el entrenamiento y no tuve tiempo de tomar fotos en el recorrido (solo a la partida de casa).
La siguiente salida fue similar, pero menos kilómetros (30 aproximadamente) a velocidad entre 25 y 30 km/h constante. Fue un honor y una experiencias muy gratificante, era uno de mis deseos que se ha cumplido.

The next adventure involves one of my passions, I had the opportunity to go out 2 times in road cycling with my brother who years ago excelled in this sport accumulating a few medals and trophies, he was in the Elite category. At first I felt a little worried about the lack of training, but I have been attending the gym and my conditions were up to the commitment, we rode 50 kilometers in the city of Napples at a constant speed. He takes his training very seriously and I didn't have time to take pictures on the ride (only at the home start).
The next ride was similar, but less kilometers (30 kilometers approximately) at a speed between 25 and 30 km/h constant. It was an honor and a very rewarding experience, it was one of my wishes that has been fulfilled.

Otro de los paseos fue al parque Crew Bird Rookery Swamp Junto a mi hermano y Susana (su esposa), él hizo el recorrido en bicicleta y nosotras caminando, este parque tiene la particularidad de tener pantano a los lados donde se observan diferentes especies de animales y plantas. Fue una caminata de 10 kilómetros aproximadamente (ida y vuelta), en lo particular iba entretenida tomando fotos de todo lo que llamaba mi atención y no me percate que a uno de los costados del Camino se encontraba un cocodrilo, a Dios gracias mi cuñada me alertó, le pase a poca distancia pero creo que estaba más interesado en tomar sol que en atacar humanos, bueno...me salve y aprendi la leccion, es importante estar alerta en este tipo de ambiente, desde allí emprendimos el regreso.

Another of the trips was to the Crew Bird Rookery Swamp park with my brother and Susana (his wife), he did the tour by bike and we walked, this park has the particularity of having swamp on the sides where you can observe different species of animals and plants. It was a walk of approximately 10 kilometers (round trip), I was having fun taking pictures of everything that caught my attention and I did not notice that on one side of the road there was a crocodile, thank God my sister in law alerted me, I passed him at close distance but I think he was more interested in sunbathing than in attacking humans, well ... I saved myself and learned the lesson, it is important to be alert in this type of environment, from there we started the return.

Otra actividad que tuve la oportunidad de hacer por primera vez fue Paddle Board la cual me encanto, aunque confieso que le te tengo respeto al mar, lo hice a una distancia prudencial de la orilla de la playa, tomando toda la precaución del caso con salvavidas incluido. Mi sobrina Desire es amante de los deportes acuáticos y nos sorprendió con su llegada y el equipo, dio las instrucciones y además con su ejemplo mostró cómo hacerlo, realmente la forma correcta es ir parado en la tabla, pero se necesita equilibrio y estabilidad para remar, Susana y mi persona lo hicimos arrodilladas al principio mientras tomábamos confianza, luego lo probamos de pie pero nos dimos un chapuzon...pasamos un rato muy ameno, divertido y además ejercitando los brazos.

Another activity that I had the opportunity to do for the first time was Paddle Board which I loved, although I confess that I have respect for the sea, I did it at a safe distance from the shore of the beach, taking all the precaution of the case with lifeguard included. My niece Desire is a water sports lover and she surprised us with her arrival and the equipment, she gave the instructions and also with her example showed us how to do it, really the correct way is to stand on the board, but you need balance and stability to paddle, Susana and I did it kneeling at first while we gained confidence, then we tried it standing up but we took a dip...we had a very pleasant time, fun and also exercising our arms.

Aun me quedan dos semanas por estas tierras para regresar a mi País Venezuela donde mis bicicletas y compañeros estamos deseosos de unirnos para nuevas aventuras. Mi corazón retorna contento por haber compartido con mis afectos, con 3 nuevos Hivers y convencida de que este tiempo fuera de casa fue un regalo de vida, eternamente agradecida!

I still have two weeks left in these lands to return to my country Venezuela where my bicycles and companions are eager to join me for new adventures. My heart returns happy for having shared with my loved ones, with three Havers new and convinced that this time away from home was a gift of life, eternally grateful!
