Una nueva aventura en bicicleta, por lo general las voy escribiendo en orden cronológico, pero...en esta oportunidad quiero compartir la mas reciente porque las que corresponden les quiero dedicar tiempo por los diferentes matices en los que sucedieron los hechos.

A new bicycle adventure, I usually write them in chronological order, but... this time I want to share the most recent one because I want to dedicate time to the corresponding ones because of the different nuances in which the events occurred.

Esta aventura fue el domingo 04/12/2022, como ya es costumbre este día lo dedicamos para disfrutar al máximo con nuestras bicicletas, al contrario para la mayoría de los mortales que lo utilizan para descansar. A las 5 y 20 a.m se activo la alarma del teléfono para levantarme, estaba emocionada porque tenia 3 semanas sin ejercitarme.

This adventure was on Sunday 12/04/2022, as is customary, we dedicate this day to enjoying our bikes to the fullest, unlike most mortals who use them to rest. At 5:20 a.m. the phone alarm went off to get up, I was excited because I hadn't exercised for 3 weeks.

Del grupo de las chicas fuimos Claudia y mi persona, de los chicos fueron: Rolando, Gabriel y Alexander. Esta invitacion la hizo el team victoria_biker_club para Linderos en la Victoria, estado Aragua-Venezuela. Esta ruta ya la conocemos, pero en esta ocasión recorrimos más kilómetros, atravesamos 8 veces el río y nos encontramos con subidas bastante exigentes. Por motivo de lluvia, hubo deslizamientos de la montaña haciendo el camino muy diferente a la primera vez que fuimos.

From the group of girls we were Claudia and me, from the boys were: Rolando, Gabriel, and Alexander. This invitation was made by the victoria_biker_club team for Linderos in La Victoria, Aragua state-Venezuela. We already knew this route, but this time we covered more kilometers, crossed the river 8 times, and found quite demanding climbs. Because of the rain, there were landslides from the mountain, making the path very different from the first time we went.

Dejamos los vehículos en el estacionamiento de un centro comercial y atravesamos la ciudad de la Victoria para tomar la carretera que conduce a la Colonia Tovar, recorrimos como 8 kilómetros aproximadamente para tomar el desvío de la carretera de tierra rumbo a nuestro objetivo. A los pocos metros se consigue el primer paso de río, el caudal estaba bajo y fue fácil atravesarlo.

We left the vehicles in the parking lot of a shopping center and crossed the city of Victoria to take the road that leads to Colonia Tovar, we traveled approximately 8 kilometers to take the detour from the dirt road towards our objective. After a few meters, the first passage of the river is achieved, the flow was low and it was easy to cross.

En esta aventura nos acompañó la buena fortuna que el día anterior estuvo soleado al igual que el domingo, el barro en algunas áreas se había compactado, en otras zonas aun estaba húmedo. Seguimos avanzando, atravesamos por segunda vez el río para llegar a la casa donde vive un perrito muy tierno, después de atravesar el caserío del Country club.

In this adventure we were accompanied by the good fortune that the previous day was sunny as well as Sunday, the mud in some areas had compacted, and in others, it was still wet. We continue advancing, we cross the river for the second time to reach the house where a very cute puppy lives, after crossing the country club farmhouse.

El tercer paso del río, tuvimos que atravesarlo caminando porque era extenso y el caudal estaba un poco fuerte, uno de los compañeros de la Victoria fue de escolta junto con su novia en moto, él me ayudó con mi bicicleta y también a cruzarlo, al otro lado nos esperaba una subida fuerte y a los pocos metros parte de la montaña se deslizó limitando la carretera.

On The third pass of the river, we had to cross it on foot because it was extensive and the flow was a little strong, one of Victoria's companions was an escort along with his girlfriend on a motorcycle, he helped me with my bicycle and also to cross it, at the A steep climb awaited us on the other side and after a few meters part of the mountain slid limiting the road.

A los pocos metros conseguimos nuevamente el río para atravesarlo por cuarta vez, estábamos cerca de la meta, efectivamente llegamos a las barreras, estacionamos las bicicletas, los anfitriones le preguntaron a los chicos si querían seguir subiendo hasta la zona de la cruz cuya respuesta fue positiva. Claudia, Alexander, Llanluis, Roxy y mi persona nos quedamos para descansar y descender al río.

After a few meters we reached the river again to cross it for the fourth time, we were close to the finish line, we reached the barriers, we parked the bicycles, and the hosts asked the boys if they wanted to continue going up to the area of ​​the cross whose response was positive. Claudia, Alexander, Llanluis, Roxy, and I stayed to rest and go down to the river.

Los chicos continuaron subiendo la empinada carretera, por un momento me arrepentí de no continuar con ellos, pero Llanluis me propuso que subiera en la moto con él, por supuesto no lo pensé dos veces. A medida que avanzamos me sorprendió lo exigente de la carretera, se necesita piernas, pulmón y potencia para llegar a sector de la cruz.

The boys continued up the steep road, for a moment I regretted not continuing with them, but Llanluis suggested that I get on the bike with him, of course, I didn't think twice. As we progressed I was surprised by how demanding the road is, you need legs, lungs, and power to reach the sector of the cross.

Mientras subimos la empinada carretera encontramos a los chicos poniéndole fuerza a sus bicicletas para poder avanzar, nos adelantamos para grabar la llegada de cada uno al sector de la Cruz, la imagen de las montañas era fascinante, el aire fresco hacían juego con las casas humildes que encontramos al llegar al sitio, llamo mi atención un niño como de 6 años que posó para la cámara aunque estaba un serio.

As we climbed the steep road we found the boys putting strength on their bicycles to move forward, we went ahead to record the arrival of each one at the La Cruz sector, the image of the mountains was fascinating, and the fresh air matched the humble houses that we found when we arrived at the site, my attention was drawn to a boy about 6 years old who posed for the camera even though he was serious.

Esperamos a que llegaran los chicos, estaban agotados por la exigencia de la vía y también se les notaba la satisfacción por el logro, estuvimos un rato allí, descansaron, se hidrataron, tomamos fotografías para luego emprender el descenso. En mi caso me agarre fuerte de Lanluis porque en la moto la sensación es diferente y la bajada muy pronunciada.

We waited for the boys to arrive, they were exhausted by the demands of the route and they also showed satisfaction at the achievement, we stayed there for a while, rested, hydrated, took pictures, and then began the descent. In my case, I held on tight to Lanluis because on the bike the feeling is different and the descent is very pronounced.

Descendimos para reunimos nuevamente con el grupo, se había acordado días atrás hacer una parrilla en una casa que alquilaron en el caserío los compañeros de la Victoria, previamente habían llevado los insumos y lo que se necesitaba para prepararla. Atravesamos el rió 2 veces, charcos, sorteamos los obstáculos apurados para saciar el hambre.

We descended to meet again with the group, it had been agreed a few days ago to make a barbecue in a house that Victoria's companions rented in the hamlet, they had previously brought the supplies and what was needed to prepare it. We crossed the river twice, and puddles, and we avoided obstacles in a hurry to satisfy our hunger.

Las instalaciones de la casa son muy bonitas pero se nota que tiene tiempo sin ser habitada, en el área de la piscina estaba la parrillera. Claudia se encargó del acompañante de la carne asada (bollos de harina de maíz), yo me encargue de aliñar la carne y Alexander de asarla, al rato se unió Rolando para ayudarlo.

The facilities of the house are very nice but it shows that it has not been inhabited for a long time, in the pool area there was a barbecue. Claudia was in charge of the side of the roast meat (cornmeal buns), I was in charge of seasoning the meat, and Alexander was in charge of roasting it, after a while, Rolando joined to help him.

Disfrutamos la comida y nos quedamos contando historias de ciclistas, luego los chicos hicieron un show de baile muy divertido, algunos se bañaron en la piscina. Al rato comenzó a llover, recogimos los enseres y esperamos por Luis que bajó a la ciudad a buscar su carro para volver a la casa a buscar los utensilios. Para nosotros aun faltaban unos cuantos kilómetros para llegar al estacionamiento.

We enjoyed the food and we stayed telling stories about cyclists, then the boys did a very funny dance show, some of them bathed in the pool. After a while it began to rain, we collected our belongings and waited for Luis who went down to the city to look for his car to return to the house to look for the utensils. For us, there were still a few kilometers to go to reach the parking lot.

Atravesamos nuevamente la ciudad de la Victoria para llegar al centro comercial por los vehículos, montamos las bicicletas, nos despedimos de los anfitriones a quienes le agradecimos sus atenciones. Fueron aproximadamente 37 kilómetros de recorrido, pero el Relieve marcó 72.8, se me olvido finalizarlo en el estacionamiento...Definitivamente cada minuto, cada momento que se sonríe y disfruta suma salud, buena vibra, bienestar, cada día de aventura lo cerramos con saldo positivo.

We crossed the city of Victoria again to get to the shopping center for the vehicles, we rode the bicycles, and we said goodbye to the hosts who we thanked for their attention. There were approximately 37 kilometers of travel, but the Relief marked 72.8, I forgot to finish it in the parking lot... Definitely every minute, every moment that you smile and enjoy adds health, good vibes, and well-being, every day of adventure we close with a balance positive.
