My Actifit Report Card: March 30 2023

There are serval things from work which making me headache, facing last shipment to customer order, factory costs are way too high meanwhile customers keep squeezing the unit price of the items, our old man is crazy anxious on the business, blah blah blah

Above stuff makes me suffocated lately, sometimes don’t really want to go home facing my family, don’t take me wrong, I love them so much. Just afraid I can’t control my emotion and will let them unhappy when I am in bad mood.

I like to take walk outside the street before go home lately. Last night I back to Shenzhen after off for work, I walked for couples of minutes enjoyed the time alone, then asked my wife come join me for dinner.

Well, I think it’s another story if I directly ask her to meet me once I come out from the border. I was much relaxing after taking a walk alone backward.

It was late after we finished dinner, and there was about 3KM apart my home from the restaurant, ended up we didn’t take a walk back home but rode on our scooter.
